The service

FlowSpot is a camera basketball training app. You can shoot and work handles, review sessions, ask the coach after a drill or session, and optionally export film with the trail burned in. The website at flowspot.flowtasks.io describes the product and hosts these terms.

Using the app or the site means you accept these terms and the Privacy page. If you do not, do not use FlowSpot.

Who can use it

You must meet the age rating shown on the App Store or Google Play for the app, and you must have the right to agree to these terms. If you use FlowSpot for someone else, you are responsible for that use.

Account

You can train on the device without an account. An account is required to sync workouts, friends, coach history, and Pro status. Keep the sign-in you use (email, Apple, or Google) under your control. You are responsible for activity on that account.

Camera and the court

You decide when a session starts. Do not point the camera at people who have not agreed to be recorded. Do not use FlowSpot to capture someone else’s workout or a broadcast you do not have rights to. Live play is landscape. Setup and review stay portrait.

What the app shows

Makes, misses, trails, and coach notes come from on-device tracking and from session facts. They can be wrong. They are training feedback, not officiating and not medical advice. You are responsible for how you train and for a safe court.

FlowSpot Pro

Pro can include burned trail export, weekly reports, voice, and the other features the paywall lists. Purchases and restores go through Apple or Google. Their refund and cancellation rules apply. If an operator grants or revokes Pro on your account, the app follows the plan stored on the server.

Your content

Video and exports on the phone stay yours. Session facts and coach messages you send to the server stay tied to your account until that account is deleted. You grant us the limited right to store and process those facts to run FlowSpot.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or these terms.
• Do not try to reach private APIs, other accounts, or admin tools.
• Do not overload the service or probe it for a way in.
• Do not impersonate another player when you add friends.

Our rights

FlowSpot, the mark, and the product design belong to FlowTasks. We can change or stop the service. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

FlowSpot is provided as is. Tracking, coach text, and voice can fail or be late. To the extent the law allows, FlowTasks is not liable for missed shots, lost film, or injuries on the court, and our liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for FlowSpot in the twelve months before the claim.
